GENERAL TERMS:

- The artist is allowed to refuse the commission
- The artist is allowed to upload the commission online or include it in the portfolio
- Prices may vary depending on the complexities
- Client is expected to be responsive and active, as updates on the work will be sent from time to time
- If client have any questions regarding the commission, feel free to contact the artist via e-mail / Instagram / Twitter

REVISIONS:

- Two revisions are available for each step of the process:

1. Thumbnail sketch
2. Sketch
3. Lineart with base base colour and lighting
4. Rendering

- Extra revisions will cost extra depending on the complexities

DEADLINE:

- It takes approximately 1 week - 7 weeks to finish a commission.
- Client will be charged extra (rush fee) if a tight deadline is set.

PAYMENT:

- Commissions are paid 50% before and 50% after sketch approval
- Or 100% before sketch approval

Rupiah Payment: Bank Transfer (CIMB)
USD Payment: PayPal

REFUNDS:

- If client cancels before the commission has started or I’m unable to start, client will get a full refund
- If client cancels within progression, client will get refund based on the stages:

- Sketch: 70%
- Line art: 30%

- If client cancels after those stages, client will not get any refund

CREDITS:

- Client may upload the artwork online and must credit me
- All final products are for personal non-commercial use only
- Do not use final products for any AI purposes or NFTs

CUSTOM:

- If there’s a certain art style or other things in mind, feel free to discuss!
(keep in mind that client could be charged extra depending on the request)
